Séjour très satisfaisant
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HotelsSéjour d'une nuitée en transit dans cet hôtel à Shreveport, très fonctionnel et dans l'ensemble plutôt calme. Literie confortable et ensemble assez propre, mais quelques jus de fruits auraient été appréciés pour le petit-déjeuner. Hôtel recommandé!

I reserved a Handicapped accessible room, when I checked in that is not what they had reserved, they did accommodate us with one though. I tried to call down to the front desk to see if they had a shower chair to use in the bathtub and the phone did not work in the room, I went down to the front desk and rang their desk bell and called out to see if someone was on duty, but no one was there. The handicap accessible room was on the 2nd floor, early the next morning there was a power failure (no fault to the Hotel) but I was unable to get my wife who is confined to a wheelchair down the stairs for a surgery appointment at the hospital. Shreveport Fire Department came to our aid.
Cleanliness of the room, well there was a little trash under the sink and behind the toilet, the floor around the toilet was dirty, there was a open half gallon of milk, a open bottle of water and some food left in the refrigerator, also while my wife was lying in bed a cockroach ran up her arm.
When I reserved our room through expedia the cost of the room was $94.99 and $14.30 tax total of $109.29 when I checked in they charged me $188.89 and said the additional was room tax, $79.60 ROOM TAX.
I understand not everything wrong with our stay was the fault of the hotel chain, but the Handicap rooms should be on the 1st floor, the rooms could have been cleaner and someone should have been on duty at the desk.
I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsNo Direct TV as it was broken, no regular coffee as all that was provided was decaf, no shuttle to the airport. No tea provided for non coffee drinkers. I left before breakfast was served (at 4:00am)

The toilet was covered in urine when I arrived. After disinfecting, anytime you flush with the lid down it literally slashes all the way back up. The room was was more modern than I expected. You can only get ice on the 1st floor. Linen could’ve been cleaner didn’t give me vibes it was fresh linen.
