Friendly front desk!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe lady at the front desk was so nice! We got in late and our kids were tired. She quickly got us to our room, but there was a problem with the electronic lock on our door (maybe a battery was out?). We couldn’t get the door to unlock and neither did she. She was very apologetic and promptly got us a new room. And that room was an upgraded room than what we had booked! The beds were comfy and the room was spacious and clean. We only wish we weren’t passing through so we could have enjoyed the hotel more!
