Estaba muy húmedo no dormimos bien y el baño tenía mold y estaba sucio

Check in time was 3pm which we were there for. We were told the room wasn’t ready and we waited over an hour before we got our room available. The ladies at the desk were kind but there is no excuse for not having the room ready when the check out time is 11:00am.
