Overall, the stay was ok, friendly staff, beds were comfortable, microwave and refrigerator were a plus, didn’t have the breakfast. This hotel needs a total make over, not certain rooms or bits and pieces. The right main elevator opened and closed a couple of times before it worked. I had an issue with my corner room in the back with insects, staff was very apologetic, move me to another room right away, and discounted my rate for the inconvenience. The next room was just ok, would rethink about staying here again

Should have gotten a partial refund
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was good until came back stairs had to be used because elevator was out then I was on fifth floor. Had issues with reservations then second room booked wasn’t ready for my cousin when she made it at 630 had to use my room to get dress for concert. Etc

Service desk very friendly. Very old hotel, was a little scary. Very clean room- very clean comfy bed…..
probably would never stay there again.
