This place should be condemned. I checked in and saw the room. Turned around and just left. This place was disgusting. There we left over clothes from a previous tenant, the beds had stains all over them, the bathroom was filthy, left over soaps on the counter. They tried to slap a band aid over a crumbling building. Do yourself a favor and find another place to spend your money.
Food behind the nightstand, only 1 living room light worked, not a safe area, bathroom door knob didn’t work which locked me in the bathroom for a little while until I was able to fix it from inside the bathroom to get out, bed bugs, and insanely awful breakfast with lukewarm milk.
Needed the repairs finished. A bare wire and no second lock on door. Had to plug in lights. Bathtub was nasty.
I was traveling in a RV and stayed in it after the 1st night.
Mold and mildew throughout the room.
The bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned in years. The baseboards were coming off the walls. The bathroom door was being held together with tape of some sort. The property looks as though it has been neglected for years. The excuse of we are under new management just doesn't cut it !!!!
I appreciated the friendly help at the front desk, but there was no hot water in my room, a hole in the bathroom door, noisy neighbors on all sides until about 2am, the key reader on our lock didn’t work and our refrigerator leaked all over my luggage. Some of the furniture was broken, only one lamp worked and you couldn’t close the bathroom door without putting your whole body against it. I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be coming back.
My room is disgusting. There's a mystery stain on bed number 2. The middle lights between the beds won't come on. There's candy and French fries and God only knows what else on the floors. The pillows are flat. Tub is disgusting and the beds give me bed bug vibes. I'm more than likely going to sleep in my car. This room is awful.
First off, the staff was amazing. They did everything they could to help us. The problem was the rooms were extremely dirty. They moved us to three different rooms and they were all disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub and the sheets, which didn’t look like they had been changed, and the only towel was black and crunchy. It was very noisy with trains coming by blowing their horns several times in the night. They warned us the hot water wasn’t working but it was supposed to be fixed the next day. On the upside, the heater worked well, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
This was the worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had. There was blood on the door, roaches on the floor, and holes in the wall. I was shocked they would even rent the rooms to anyone. I expressed to the manager the conditions of the room and he could care less. I requested a refund so that me and my kids could go somewhere else and the management refused. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.
