For this price and the age of the building its very nice. Clean room great A/C. You can park right at your door. The best option in shreveport without spending double the money for a New hotel. The gentleman at check in was very nice

I never got a chance to stay took my money and wanted me to pay even more never got a refund apology or anything the front desk lady was rude and even told me she didn’t no why I was paying 170 more that didn’t make since

Thank you for your feedback, First of all I'm the lady that you are mentioned in your concern, so lets clear the water, every story has a 2nd part to it. So for all of my online Reviews to understand and know the truth about your situation, first of I was never rude to you, all I did was trying to help you. Your Reservation is a Hotel Collects, this type of Reservation ma'am when you arrived at the Property we collect your Room balance, of whatever you did not pay during your booking online, so I told you that night you owed the property an amount, but you scream rude and telling me in my face, why the hell I'm asking for more money if you already pay your Reservation to Expedia, ma'am like I told you that night we have no idea how much you pay to Expedia with your Reservation, because you did not pay your Room with Regency Inn, but you sound like we took your money and not giving you the Room. It was nothing rude on my end or talked to you in any kind a way, I was doing my job is to served you with nothing but respect, and you walked out and said the F word and said cancelled my reservation. I'm not sure why do I owe you an apology, because I never did treat you with any attitude or rude, you were the one that was very rude to begin with. Have a good day!

This was an old property in need of updating terribly. Get the carpet out of the room! staff were friendly and room was clean. Good size refrigerator and convenient access to car. Bathroom needed updating also but it was clean.

Long story short I was on my way in town had a friend to pick up the key for me because I was gonna arrive kinda late and pick up the key from my friend who is on the reservation just for that purpose. Got to the hotel and I cannot stay there because of personal issues she had with the person who was picking up the key. Well fine she left so I came there to pick up the key for myself since she couldn’t do it. Which is understandable but after I got there she refused my service and would not refund me the hotel said I got there too late I booked it at 9 and got there at 11 said she couldn’t refund my room because I came too late

So sorry for the problem you go thru at the property, but we never tell the guest you can't check in due to the guest being late, the person that got your key to your room ruined your Reservation, so sorry things didn't go how it planned. Have a good day!
