The staff is not friendly, also they gave us a room that was under repair, then we had to go back to reception and ask for changing our room. After we entered the room somebody knocked on our door very loudly and ran out.

Room was not clean. There was hair on the floors in the room. We only stayed for one day. However, The grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Very nice property. Ill be going back. Swimming pool old but everything else was nice.

When I booked I did pay at property the Friday morning that I was to leave I woke up to my card trying to be charged the full amount for the room 3 times I keep my card locked so it did not go threw i normally pay cash for rooms later that day they tried again i then called and they asked if i could go ahead and pay it i did then we get there we waited just to be let threw the doors to get to the desk for 30 min till i messaged one of my friends that was staying in another room to come let us in they had already gone ahead and checked into the room for me so i did not have to go to the desk thank god cause there was no one there then Saturday morning at 2am my phone starts going off multiple charges for 25.00 i tried calling did not get threw i then when online where i booked threw they called and asked why they told them it was a hold till we checked out the rep asked them to let me be as i was sleeping and that i would get it taken care of in the morning went down that morning and the rep at the desk knew nothing about it and told me they did not know why okay go on with my day again sunday morning at 2 am it happen again i get up out of bed go to the desk no one is there waited 15 min nothing went back up to my room went back to sleep and checked out the next morning the hotel is nice and very clean but the customer service is not at all i will not book there again due to the mulitple times trying to charge my card
