Staff great and very helpful. Too many stairs for people like us (over 80)

The property has clearly seen better days, was adequate for two nights whilst up in Shrewsbury on business but not really suitable for business travellers if more used to sharper boutique hotels. Majority of the clientele seemed to be working class pensioners on bus tours etc.
