Overall good and centrally located hotel
Publié le 14 janv. 2020 sur HotelsHotel centrally located, walking distance to Shymkent Plaza. Room is big and comfortable. For breakfast you'll be offered 5 options to choose from, we tried 2 of them, both tasty. Hotel needs a little refurbishment in general areas, but overall is good.

Publié le 11 avr. 2018 sur HotelsGreat hotel, great room, great location, very central yet very quiet as it is set back from the main road within a green enclosure, only a few steps from Shimkent's largest and newest shopping mall. The staff at reception were also very helpful, quiet and timid which may seem cold at first, but actually I reckoned they just feel coy about their English (which was absolutely fine!) and when asked they did everything they could to help!! Breakfast is a sore point, why ask for an exact time and selection of items the night before, if the next morning they still make it up from scratch? Also it could be more abundant, but only a minor issue on an otherwise great experience.
