2 day getaway with husband

They have issues with plumbing. The sinks do not drain very well. Also, I ended up with 2twin beds instead of a double for one out of 2nights with my husband. And although they said they would get me a double bed, I checked in around 5pm, and they told me I was too late. The actual accommodations are fine. The is a nice rooftop terrace you can sit at. Breakfast was good. Sink and shower drainage, needs work. I didn't book a 3rd night with them.

시알콧에서 가장 좋은 호텔이라고 하는데 시설이 매우 안좋아요. 특히 방안에만 에어콘시설이 되고 식당, 로비 등이 에어콘시설이 없어 너무 더워요.

My room 118 was worn, the electrical outlets did not work. There was holes in the wall paneling and the wallpaper was torn. It did not have the ambiance of a four-star hotel. But, I discovered the day I checked out, that across the hallway, the rooms were remodeled and very bright, well kept and inviting. That side of the hallway appeared to be four-star, my room was no more than a two-star. Very disappointing. Also, the elevator did not always function. Sometimes I took the stairs.

The property manager Amina wasnt cooperative at all. She didnt understanded my needs properly. The room wasnt available at the booked property and the notice given about unavailability of room was very short. Moreover, the food orsered at the property seemed like it wasnt fresh.

Hotell is good, but I think you must choose a suite, in ordre to be happy with the room. Excellent staff!

Very accommodating staff. Room was large and comfortable. However on the last morning of my stay, I was woken up at 5;15am with a strange fellow in my room. Needless to say I almost had a heart attack. I believe he was told that I had already checked out and he was to do an inspection. Breakfast was average. Overall a very pleasant stay.
