Calme et très bien situé avec un personnel dévoué et une bonne restauration. Mention spéciale pour le voiturier toujours disponible pour vous satisfaire. Un grand parc se situe seulement à 100 mètres, idéal pour famille avec enfants.

I am afraid that this hotel suffered in comparison to our hotel in Bucharest. It is modern and stylish but lacks in substance. No hanging space, no water was supplied in room which was disappointing, my pet moan, there was no holder for toothbrush or razor, where am i supposed to put them, parking is not guaranteed, the first night arriving late and tired we were lucky to get the last space, TV did not work, normally this wouldn't concern me but Liverpool were playing United, reception sent up someone who fixed TV, however the hotel subscribes to only a very limited number of channels and football was not one of them. Reception told me my payment had been refused for insufficient funds, this had me really worried until i checked my records and found i had paid Hotels.com three weeks previous, the hotels issue was with Hotels.com, annoyed they a. Misinformed me. And b. Tried to get me involved. There are lots of hotels in Sibiu, i can't recommend this one
