A lovely location
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayBuena Vista is a lovely location with cozy cabins and their decks about a metre apart overlooking Mara lake. The neighbours were very near but quiet and considerate. The lake was warm and the rocky beach and dock area felt private and well cared for. We had a very nice time.

Publié le 19 août 2022 sur HomeAwayReally nice place to stay. Five minute drive to Sicamous; which is a very cute town where you can get everything you need. Had a few questions when we first came but Danielle responded very quickly. Would stay again.

5 night stay
Publié le 13 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cabin had all the amenities and water / sport equipment listed. More than a 20 minute walk to town. Definitely drove in for groceries and ice cream!!
The cabin was small for the 5 of us but met the description. It’s wasn’t the cleanest as we had to pull out the beds to look for a lost piece of jewelry. The deck was shaded and comfy.
Beach was rocky and you needed water shoes but loved the floating dock and slide .
Sicamous trail waterfall is close by and worth checking out.

Great Location - Comfortable Cabin
Publié le 29 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is accurately described in the listing - its clean and well maintained and the kitchen is extremely well stocked - had everything and more than we needed.
Access to the lake is within the resort....try to bring water shoes as it is a bit rocky. I had 3 kids under the age of 12 and 2 teenagers....everybody had fun at the waterslide. The kayaks were a bonus (there are some adult emergency floatation jackets at the cabin but I would recommend bringing your own lifejackets)
Overall a great place to be in the summer....

Beautiful stay. Beautiful view and lake. Lots of dog hair.
Publié le 15 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayUsed a towel when getting out of shower that was matted with white dog hair. Maybe the dogs towel...I was coated with fur and had to re shower. Dog hair was everywhere.
Husband's allergies were rough. Other than that all was well.
