The Kingswood Hotel is a right on the seafront in Sidmouth. The hotel is welcoming with a light and airy dining room and bar and lounge area with board games, overlooking the beach. The staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. I stayed here on a business trip and ate breakfast here, but no other meals. The breakfast was delicious with a large choice of both cooked items from the menu, but also an extensive breakfast buffet including items such as berry compote, fruit salad, cereal and yogurt and juices.
I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely like to stay here again, when in Sidmouth.

Kudos to Rajeen (reception) and Mirshad (restaurant) for being so kind and helpful throughout the stay, we felt very welcomed despite some of our unconventional requests!
We loved to sleep with sound of the waves behind our window, the whole place manages to be quiet but lively at the same time

The staff and service we received throughout our whole stay, from booking to checking out, has been fabulous. Would definitely recommend.
