Perfect house for our family

Quiet place away from it all
Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed the stay in Sydney it was well equipped home with many entertainment options we had stayed for graduation weekend and it was just the oasis we needed after the chaos on campus. Thank you to Ryan and his family for making us so comfortable.

Short Drive to UIUC

Great home away from home
Posted Sep. 26, 2023 on HomeAwayThis house was a perfect place for our family when visited extended family in the area. The cozy house had plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. We enjoyed the back deck, pool, playground and yard especially. The 2 living areas and big screen tvs with Roku in every room were nice. The goodie basket with breakfast and snacks as well as cookies/milk in the fridge were very thoughtful! We didn’t make a fire in the fire pit, but hopefully next time! The kitchen was well stocked and a nice laundry room was a bonus.
The house is a primary residence, so the closets, drawers, cabinets, etc were filled with personal belongings, but the owner provided portable storage drawers for guest. This wasn’t a problem, we just weren’t aware before renting. The owner provided a detailed welcome pack upon arrival explaining this.
Thank you again for opening your home to our family! We would love to stay again on our next visit to Illinois!

Father’s Day weekend gathering!
Posted Jun. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayGreat location to our family there! The place was clean and the host was more than welcoming! He had muffins for our breakfast, s’mores for night time and plenty of supplies for the weekend! Thank for allowing us to come and stay and spend time with our kids and grandkids! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Went to see my son and a game at U of I
