Place is not well lit. A lot of dust coming from the chair and ottoman.

Uncomfortable bed. Terrible pillows. Sink didn't drain. Stayed 4 nights, never cleaned or got new linen or towels. Room felt dated and overall not very clean.
Staff was friendly.

The staff was extremely personable and attentive. The morning free breakfast buffets were very good and each day different. It is a pet friendly location and had a nice dog walk area with clean up supplies available. A very good of highway location within only a few miles from shopping and restaurants. It's my go to when in that area.

Got to the hotel at 3pm ( when check is ) was told there were no king rooms available. Asked if I would just downgrade to a double queen. When I said no, I had already paid for my room and that check in was at 3pm they “ magically “ found a clean king room. Pool and hot tub was drained and not open. Ice machine on first floor was out of order. Water pressure in shower wasn’t very good.

For the price I was not satisfied. I paid 177.00 for one night checking in at 11pm leaving at 10 am . My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. Hair in tub. And the floor felt sticky. This hotel I would compare to a quality inn from choice hotels definitely not a Hilton one. Go down the road 3 exits and found comfort inn and suites for 20 dollars less in price and VERY clean compared to the Hampton here in Sidney. I'm sorry please update hotel or lower prices.
