The door hinge was broken and the floors were dirty. The staff was kind and friendly. Other than that is was ok!

Improvements needed

Room wasn’t the cleanest—floors could not of been mopped—our fridge was set to defrost, noticed water so cleaned it up with a (white) towel, VERY dirty once finished bed not comfortable, pillows were the worst, Our particular hallway had a dog barking and reeked of marijuana—thankfully we did not bring our young grandson with us. Will probably not stay there again, although the staff working the front desk were extremely nice, and room service did check in every other day.

Sorry about the inconveniences caused , would have been nice if you had brought up with us during your 4 day stay we could have rectified the issues , Pets are allowed at Motel 6 , and we tell our guests that no pets should be left alone if that was the case then ..... since that was not brought up either we could not have fixed that issue....you were in a smoking section and we try our best to let people know about smoking marijuana , such things sometimes are not in our control , and for housekeeping services we did your towels and trash every day which is our policy ,we dont do beds unless requested prior not sure what you were referring to when you mentioned that "room service did not check on you" Also the Owner himself knocked on your door and you only exchanged towels the first night and the rest of your days you literally "REFUSED ANY SERVICE"
