Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. I did not feel relaxed and cared for here instead I felt like I was surrounded by vultures trying to make money off me.

Maravilhoso, mas os banheiros estão antigos

Maravilhoso! Staff perfeito! Hotel fica um pouco mais distante que os outros do mesmo nível. Tudo ótimo , só os banheiros que estão um pouco antigos para um hotel tão lindo. Merecia um modernizada.

We loved this hotel. The place is beautiful and the staff was always there to help. We had free Tuk Tuk service into town so we did not mind that the hotel was not walking distance to town. Breakfast was great and we would stay here again.
