Theara you are a gem.

Excellent location, spotless Hotel, Good restaurant & pool and above all great service from all the staff members specially Theara she went above and beyond to make us feel special and helped with anything we asked for.

It's a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are all helpful and eager to assist at all times. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with so many choices and alll the food delicious.

I’m not sure why this is classified as a 5-star hotel. It is 3.5 stars at best. It is clean and perfectly fine, but it is not a luxury hotel. Also, the hotel has body wash, shampoo and conditioner but no lotion and no hand soap, which is weird. My room on the third floor (333) overlooked a so-called garden. But I do not consider astroturf and potted plants a garden.

Excellent stay, fantastic staff

A fantastic stay. Incredible service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - very accommodating throughout and staff are all lovely. Hotel is modern and well kept, with great facilities and perfectly quiet, which is ideal after the day trips to various sites close by. Recommend!

Comfortable stay

We arrived the hotel with amazing welcome coconuts ice cream during check in. We then stayed in a very comfortable room with nice pool view for four nights. Every thing is excellent especially the pool, the gym room and the restaurant at ground floor.

Liked - Front desk staff were awesome - super efficient and very helpful. Hotomi gets a 10/10 - she went above and beyond to welcome us, get us settled and also take care of us in the restaurant (see notes below on dislike). Liked - the property is lovely. The Spa is excellent. Disliked - the Restaurant staff were less than efficient. They seemed to favor some people more than others. Specifically, we waited more than 30 minutes for menus/attention (after a long 12-hour day of travel). Hitomi from the front desk stopped by to confirm spa arrangements and took our food and drinks orders - the restaurant staff had not done that. Not a one off event; happened again the next day at breakfast and pool bar. So - the F&B team needs more training.
