Great location, clean, comfortable. Offers parking service, which is needed since no cars are allowed in city center.

Lovely stay!! The reception individuals were so nice abd helpful and really went above ans beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Its right in fhr center of everything!! We loved our stay.

Massimo is a gem. He made my visit to Siena spectacular with suggestions and Italian hospitality. The room was so quaint. I felt like I lived in Siena for a brief moment.

Our host ADA was incredibly helpful and so sweet.
We were able to witness the Palio race which was fortunate.
Would stay there again.

The property was great and the stay was really nice. The location of the property was really good, just a few steps from Piazza del Campo. Siena was the highlight of our two week trip.. what an amazing medieval city.
If you are visiting for the first time and driving, pay attention to the instructions from your hotel as it could be very confusing. There are 9 gates to enter the city and there are some real strict guidelines of how and where to park and exit. It’s easy to miss if you are not paying close attention. It took us over 90 minutes to figure this out and after a lot of frustration and running around, it all worked out well.
