Very Clean, Great Location, Bed Could Use Updating
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. The view of the beach is beautiful. In a very convenient location and very close to Siesta Key Village. The bed could use updating. It’s a double bed, but sinks about halfway down when you sit on it (I’m 170lbs). I ended up sleeping on the couch to provide my wife (28 weeks pregnant) more room to try getting comfortable. Neither of us ended up sleeping very well. The listing is slightly misleading in the photos, as it appears a few couches were replaced with smaller versions and there wasn’t a little bottle of champagne available as the photos indicated. I would recommend taking new photos that more accurately reflect the condo as it is currently. Otherwise, we had a great and memorable trip.

Your positive comments on being very clean and the having beautiful views of the beach are appreciated. Plus you're correct about our great location being very convenient and close to Siesta Village.
The couches are the same size as in the photos. . The bed in the bedroom is a queen size bed and offers plenty of room for two people.. It's not a double bed as you describe. We personally inspect the bedroom bed every quarter as to its firmness and its overall condition. No other guests have ever complained about it. Nor has any prior guest ever thought they were receiving a small bottle of champagne.
We're glad you had a great and memorable trip.... and we hope you return.

Great Location
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit is located directly across from the beach. It's an easy walk to the beach or into Siesta Key Village. There's also a trolly stop right at the unit. The hosts were great and although we didn't need anything, I felt they were just a text away.

You are absolutely right. Vacations are all about making wonderful memories.
As hosts, we do our best to make sure every guest feels our unit is like their home.
And the beauty of the Beach, as you mention in your review, is breathtakingly displayed looking out our 3rd floor lanai windows and even the bedroom window. There's nothing like waking up in the morning greeted by beautiful beach views.

Great Location
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the unit was nice, just needs some TLC. Had to replace light bulbs as soon as we arrived. Located on a busy street and can be noisy at night. The linens need to be replaced especially the bath towels which smelled. The bed pillows are yellow and stained and should be replaced and a couple more added. The complex was very well maintained. The beach is beautiful.

Dear Suzanne....Thank you for stating our unit is nice. But I'm surprised with your other comments. It almost feels as if you are reviewing another unit.
Reason being is that in 7 years with VRBO, we never have received these type of comments.
We have extra thick hurricane windows. When they are shut, it's nearly impossible to hear street traffic..... unless the windows are left open. Our unit is almost sound proof when the windows are shut close. Beach Road is the main road that runs along right next to the beach. All your top choice condos are on this road. Many of these condos (ours included) offer breathtaking beach views being right next to the beach.
All our linens, including bath towels, are cleaned by a professional cleaning team using mandatory specified high temperature water with ample soap.
You mention in your review a couple more pillows need added. There's no need for that. We always keep an extra set of unused pillows in the bedroom closet.
Val, our on-site property manager, said you never told her about your concerns. Also, if you remember, I sent you a text telling you to contact me if anything is needed. You texted me back only saying- "Thank you."
Hopefully, you will come back again because you did say our complex is very well maintained..... and our condo is in a great location.

Perfect Location!

Thank you for your wonderful review of our beach front condo home. Joanna and I are glad you liked its location. Everything is easy to get to.... an easy 15 minute walk to Siesta Village.... plus the free trolley stops right at the corner of our building. About a 3 minute drive to the Village. Being across the street of the Beach offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Beach from our 3rd floor unit. We're pleased you mention the cleanliness of our unit. Our goal for all our guests is to provide them with excellence in service.

Perfect week ast the beach

Would definitely recommend and will plan for a return visit.

Winter getaway
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I had a great time on our winter getaway. The condo worked perfectly with a great location so close to the beach. The view was great from the third floor. Checking in went smoothly and communication with Al and Val in the office was great.
