Long distance family get together

Great location close to village
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived to find everything just as described. It was decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the size of the bathroom and the connecting utility room, which made laundry convenient. The bed and bedroom were great with adequate storage. The pool was close and well kept. The screened-in porch was in the sun in the mornings so we didn’t use it. A pull down shade would be helpful. Parking was close and convenient. We were one block from the village, which we loved.
Unfortunately, we had teens in the unit above us for part of our stay and they were bouncing a ball and running through their unit, at times. You do hear footsteps and muffled voices when the apartment is occupied.
Overall, we loved this property and would rent it again.

Great Condo on Siesta Key

Another Great Vacation

It was a great location, but we did have issues. Broken shower head and mold in the shower. Cable went out and was not fixed during our stay. Older complex, but the furnishings were up to date.

Short walk to the beach
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely condo Second time we stayed there. Only drawback is there is a condo upstairs so you do have to take your chances with the "neighbors". That's the chance you take. Some are more considerate than others. All in all a good vacation.
