Great place As advertised!
Publié le 9 avr. 2017 sur HomeAwayFantastic location. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can use the cart supplied to help you. Walk to the Siesta Village is about 10 minutes. 4 great bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Evenings were very quiet to sleep. Lots of bathrooms and 2 kitchens - 1 in the pool area. The pool is incredibly convenient as its on the ground floor and so the kids spent hours daily in the pool amd hot tub. A real treat!

It is not clean, the beds are uncomfortable and the sheets are stained, the hot tub did not work and the pool was dingy, the refridgerator and stove broke during our stay, the dishes and towels are old and unorganized, the closets and drawers are full of owner's items and old blankets and pillows, the boat lift is very unsafe and not maintained, and the owner lives in France and is slow to respond.
I will say that they did let us bring our larger dogs, as we kept them in kennels and their maintence rep was very nice and repsponsive.
Overall the house is in a great spot and the neighbors were friendly, but the "house" itself is not desireable or at all worth the cost.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, I must address several points raised in your review.
Firstly, it’s unfortunate that you chose to leave a negative review after attempting to coerce me into providing a discount under the threat of a poor rating. I did not yield to this form of pressure because I believe in the importance of honesty and integrity in our dealings with guests.
Photographic evidence of the damages caused during your stay has been submitted to VRBO, along with statements from our home manager who witnessed the state of the property upon your departure. It’s clear that the property was not respected and was left in a deplorable condition. The photos and amenities are accurate as advertised, as confirmed by numerous other guests who have left 5-star reviews.
I understand that expectations can vary, but I want to reassure future guests that the quality of our home is generally highly appreciated, and we strive to provide a pleasant experience for everyone who stays with us.

Spring break trip
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMauricio the property manager is fantastic and very easy to work with! The house is a 1/2 mile walk to the village and 1/4 mile to the beach. The pool and downstairs area is great for hanging out day and night. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway with family and friends
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach and the village. Walkable everywhere. We had just one day of rain, but with the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub, we relaxed in the hot tub while it poured outside. Love that there is a full fridge in the lower level with the pool. After a day at the beach followed by dinner at the village, we spent most of our time in the lower level hanging out.
Most things you need for the beach are provided, including umbrella, towels, some chairs, and plenty of toys for younger kids.. We especially appreciated the 2 beach caddy’s to carry everything. We did not see a cooler there, but we were able to bring ours.
When we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. Really impressed there.
I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the living room. It was not as pictured, and not overly comfortable. After a long day, we love to put our feet up. We did see some footstools in the upper bedroom, so we brought them down.
Overall, this was a great home in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

Siesta Key House
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was awesome. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. It was within walking distance to the beach and near many great food options. It was close enough to stores and shops and far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the busy street if we didn't want to.

Incredible Siesta Key Vacation Home!
Publié le 30 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIncredible, richly-appointed home just a couple of blocks from the famous Siesta Key beach with white-powder sand! We walked on the beach every morning! Siesta Key Village with many shoppes and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and Marcio, the property manager was very conscientious and responsive, A++! The downstairs pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the master bathroom, and the kitchens (two of them - one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool!) were very well-appointed. The elevator was an added bonus as it came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the main floor. We rented a golf cart after a couple of days which made travelling around the island that much more fun! We had a fantastic time at Island Circle, Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Fun comfy house with a terrific location

We and our various guests- from seniors to a young family, all greatly enjoyed our stay. The high ceilings, huge living room windows, the pool and spa— all were great. Wonderful stay

The house itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchens (two!) were very well stocked, and the garage had many beach toys that our son could use. The pool in the house was really cool, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with the property manager, and he was readily available to help/answer questionsn. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
