Very good Beach house atmosphere, and the perfect location - across from the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. It is great to be able to quickly run back to the house to take a break from the sun or restock the cooler The perfect location is right across from the beach provides walking distance access to so many restaurants or bars in the Village and heart of Siesta Key right on the country's #1 beach in the nation. That being said the location also provides the opportunity to quickly walk back to the house to get in the shade from the sun or even restock the cooler. In addition to the variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife with live music, and shopping/sports center access, this gives the perfect opportunity for a beautiful venue for weddings as this is only 100 feet away from the beach.
Available for rent…….walking distance to EVERYTHING…..NO CAR NECESSARY!!! FREE PARKING ON THE LOT!
