Great location
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a mostly positive experience! The location can’t be beat. The pool is just as beautiful and nice in person as the pictures. We did have an issue with having to be very quiet. We were in the upstairs apartment and because of the wooden floors, any noise we made disturbed the guests staying below us. Other than that issue, we had a great stay and would love to come back.

Awesome location, clean property!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family stayed at this property in Mid July 2024. The location is absolutely wonderful! It is a short walk to a more private beach access point. This was great because the beach wasn't anywhere near as crowded as the public beach down the street. The property was very clean inside and the outside was well maintained. The pool was very nice, although like bath water in mid-July but that is to be expected. There is lots of storage in the master bedroom which was awesome. I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the outdated and uncomfortable spring mattresses in the master and 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Comfortable beds are an important part of vacation so that you can rest and wake up feeling refreshed. The bed in the master was so uncomfortable that my wife and i woke up daily in pain due to the old spring mattress that sagged to the middle. If this property gets new, more comfortable mattresses it would definitely be 5/5 stars.

Thank you for your review and for being such a valued repeat customer. I’m sorry to hear that the mattress in the king-size bedroom wasn’t comfortable for you. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sleep—some prefer a firmer mattress, while others like a softer one. I genuinely wish you had reached out to us directly so we could have addressed your concerns right away.
After reading your feedback, I personally checked the mattress, which is only seven years old, and decided it was time for an upgrade. We’ve replaced it with a memory foam mattress, which will be installed today.
I completely understand your decision to include this in your review, but I want you to know that we are always eager to improve and make things right as quickly as possible. It’s unfortunate that this will remain as a four-star review when we’ve taken immediate action to resolve the issue.
We truly value your loyalty and hope you’ll return to the same apartment to experience the new mattress. We would love the opportunity to earn a five-star rating from you in the future.

The trolley (free) pick up is at the corner of the street, making it easy to get up to the village and back. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. They do need some new beach chairs as several were broken and uncomfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the water was warm in July. Looking forward to our next trip.

Location, location, location!
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur whole family stayed in the Key West Suite. The suite was clean when we arrived. Check in was very straight forward and easy. The property is very close to the beach. My wife and I woke up early and took a walk on the beach on our way to grab some coffee at one of the local coffee shops each morning. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants or take the trolley. The pool is great. We used it everyday. The only issue we had was the dryer wasnt working when we arrived but all it took was a quick text to Virginia and she had a handy man there within hours to get it fixed. All in all it was a great stay! We loved it!
