Short walk to beach and village. Clean. Could use more supplies at the condo.

The place was amazing and the location was amazing. Right across the street from the beach. Maximum 10 minute walk to the softest white sand you could imagine

We were traveling to Sanibel, to investigate our condo that was destroyed due to Hurricane Ian. This area was the closest we could get to Sanibel. 10minutes after I made reservation, I realized our dates were one day off. I immediately called Expedia, explained the situation, asked for them to cancel OR see if the property was available one night earlier (which was our intent). It was not available. I asked Expedia to cancel, given the extraordinary circumstance. Expedia attempted to contact the owner over for several days, with no response. After the fact, the owner refused to issue credit. It appears the owner shirked their duties (answering their phone, monitoring the needs of their guests, etc), and took advantage of travelers who were dealing with extraordinary, act of God circumstances. It is evident that the owner of this property will take advantage of any guest, regardless of the circumstance. Potential guests should be aware of this when considering renting from this owner.

Unfortunately Expedia did not reach out to us until 10/10 @ 1:35PM and the guest did not reach out to us directly until 10/11 @ 9:56AM (their check-out date) even after multiple emails and texts regarding check-in prior to their booked arrival date. The booking was non-refundable at the time of booking. Guests have our direct number available on all of our communications at which the guest could have reached us at anytime in the 2 days leading up to their check-in.

Thank you for choosing us for your vacation accommodations. It is unfortunate that the guests next door had a party for Memorial Day weekend however we were happy to be able to remedy the situation.

Overall nice getaway close to everything

Had a few day getaway for my wife’s birthday. Had a late check in and unit was all ready to go. The good: Unit is updated and well kept, Also is just a few minute walk to the beach 🏖. Perfect size for a couple getaway, and short 14 minute walk to the village. The bad: It is the ground floor unit so if the upstairs is rented you hear everything… water running, toilet flushing, kids running or walking around. My main recommendation would be to add a ceiling fan in the bedroom and buy some nicer pillows, as they were very uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep.
