Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Perfect location, lacking accommodations
Location was absolutely perfect. Right downtown, easily accessible to coffee, shops dinner, drinks, and the beach. The apartment was very easily accessible with a great parking spot and clear instructions for entry. We thought it was really well insulated from the town noise. However, We were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness/comfort of the apartment. Thank goodness one of our 3-person party cancelled, because the pull out couch is NOT usable. It was SO uncomfortable due to the bars/supports. The queen bed was similarly disappointing. It was really comfortable but EXTREMELY loud anytime you moved on it. When we arrived, the bed wasn’t made and the sheets were wet, in a pile by the door. We called the property management number to request sheets. We never heard anything else from them that day. Luckily, laundry was available in the apartment, so we could wash the sheets and have somewhere to sleep. A garbage bag of sheets randomly showed up unannounced while we were out the next day. Further inconveniences - there was no hand soap or toiletries in the bathroom, the floors were covered in something sticky, one of the tv remote had dead batteries, we couldn’t log into the Roku guest mode to download our streaming apps, the toilet paper holder kept falling apart, the garbage can was broken, and the front porch fan was broken - missing all but two fan blades?! Luckily, we spent most of our time out of the apartment, but genuinely disappointed.

Terrific spot in Siesta Key
We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO in the heart of the cute Siesta Key Village full of shops and restaurants.The host was so easy to work with and the place is clean and well appointed. The balcony overlooks the bustling street which made for fun morning coffee and evening happy hours. I recommend it!

Prime location
Great place, suited our needs just fine. Great location, no need for a car. If you want a ride just hop on the Frog Hop shuttle. Great response time from host. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

We rented for 4days-3nights. but. a hurricane came thru so we left 2 days early. power went out 3 times so we decided to go home.

Great place!
The layout was perfect for my wife and I! It has enough room to feel comfy and the full kitchen is awesome to have. Host was quick to help with the one question we did have. Location is awesome, only a couple minutes to 5-6 restaurants walking and the same to the beach. We loved sitting on the porch and people watching while listening to the live music all around. Only complaint would be the bed. It’s a pillow top bed with a foam topped with a pillow top fitted sheet…to say it’s squishy would be an understatement. Worked well enough for the time we were there but could be a deal breaker for some.

Amazing location and beach stay
The property is right in the middle of Siesta Key Village surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The best part was that beach access was a quick 5-minute walk down the main strip. We didn't need to use our car for most of the trip. The apartment provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the mattress on the bed is overly soft and the bed is creaky, which took some adjustment. Hopefully the rental company can resolve that issue. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a beach getaway.

The location was great between Daiquiri Deck and Siesta Oyster Bar Sat on the balcony and enjoyed the music. Walk to the beach was easy. Perfect for one person. I would suggest better pillows these were very hard and uncomfortable

Great location, walkable to everything.
Perfect location, if you don’t like a really super soft, bed, this may not work, it was fine for us. The apartment comes with beach chairs umbrella and towels. It’s pretty much what you would expect for an in town location that is walkable to Siesta Beach.

Amazing getaway!
We loved this cute, little apartment! I visited with my daughter and the space was perfect for the two of us. We walked everywhere (restaurants, shops, market, beach) and had fun people-watching from our deck. The mattress wasn't terrible on the bed but we did find it to be perfectly comfortable once we moved it onto the floor. The location was the most important factor for us and it cannot be beat! I highly recommend this location and would absolutely come back.

A nice short vacation
The property was as advertised, very clean and well furnished. The location was perfect and the assigned private parking space was excellent. The host was very attentive to our needs. The only downside was ROKU tv. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfectly delightful
We loved our stay at Siesta Cool. Perfect location, we loved the veranda! It was a perfect place to sit and enjoy all the goings on below. The space was perfect for the two of us. Easy access to the perfectly quiet beach, great restaurants and nightlife. The bed was not the most comfortable for me, but it was fine for my partner. Other than that it was a perfect 10!

Monarch in Siesta Key
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. This property in literally on top of everything going on in siesta Village. We loved the sitting on the balcony with coffee enjoying the sun rise each morning. The evenings were pure entertainment. We had a birds eye view of what seemed like a parade of people and cars just for us. When we needed a break, the slider and curtains got closed and we could relax on the couch in quiet and watch a movie. Best of both worlds. The property was clean and everything worked. Having a washer and dryer available to us in condo was so nice. I will always look for one in future property rentals. We really have no complaints. Both of us agree, we would definitely go back again. Mike and Laurie Y.
