Had HVAC repairman worked on it for a couple of hours, but it seemed like it was only cooling down to 78 - 80 degrees and the fan was the only thing on. The owner stated on the phone that it was just worked on the week before with the same issues. Little disappointed, but would stay there again.

The only negative would be only one roll of toilet paper was given to us.
Would definitely stay here again!

ROACHES!! AVOID THIS PLACE! ROACHES!!!

First night we go to bed and wake up, turn light on in kitchen and there are roaches longer than your index finger all on the pullout couch and floor. When you arrive there is a Welcome Binder with info like things to do and on page 4 is BUGS YOU MAY FIND IN YOUR UNIT. WHAT?! This could have been posted prior to booking. It’s an issue or it wouldn’t be in their welcome binder. Under sink there was 3 different cans of bug and roach spray. This is an obvious issue. Contacted the management that night and just said they would send someone to spray the can for us. Condescending. Rude. We wanted to leave our week vacation trip and offered to pay for first night. He repeated no refunds. I have video and pictures. Called VBO and they were no help whatsoever and said it was up to owner. Not to mention the air conditioner is a wall unit, it never got below 78-80 every day. Misrepresented and disgusting pests. No advocate for us in this situation. STAY AWAY, there are many other options available.

Hello Rebecca. This unit is treated year round for pests of all kinds. In the event a pest is noticed between treatments, we keep pest spray in the unit so guests can immediately treat themselves and take immediate action. We certainly do not have a pest problem in any of our units. This apt is fabulous and is one of the best locations to enjoy your stay in the Village of Siesta Key. Weekend Vacay
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the place and the location. Right in the heart of the day and night life. Easy access to shopping, dining, drinking and beach.
The only complaint is it did not have the normal toiletries you receive even at a hotel and they asked that you start the laundry when you leave, but there is no detergent because it was short weekend I didn’t bring any.
