Your vacation home awaits you! Our cozy studio condo is STEPS away from a PRIVATE entrance to the #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, and a short walk from shops and restaurants. A beach lover's paradise this location is AMAZING! There is also a large outdoor pool right outside our entrance. Tennis courts, shuffle board, Basketball, BBQs, and more! Our condo comes furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of amenities. Full kitchen, WiFi, TV, beach chairs, and MUCH MORE!

The space
The studio is ground level just steps to the private entrance to the beautiful views of our white sand beach. This is a great space for anyone who does not like to navigate a lot of stairs or elevators and would prefer to walk directly to the beach in just a couple of minutes. In terms of location and ease to the beach, this property is a hidden gem!

The studio has a four-poster queen bed as well as a sofa bed that pulls out to accommodate an optional 3rd guest.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for those who would like to cook their own meals. We are also very close to shops and restaurants.

There is a small sitting area outside our studio overlooking one of the community pools. Beach towels and and beach chairs are provided.

Parking, Location and Getting Around Siesta Key:

Parking: Right outside the condo back door is a private parking spot for you to use during your stay.

From Airport to Siesta Key: In terms of getting here from the airport, we are closest to Sarasota airport. Uber and Lyft are available at Sarasota airport as well as a taxi service. If you fly into Tampa, then it could get more expensive to Uber since it is a good distance away (1.5 hours away).

Getting Around Siesta Key:
When you get to Siesta Key, there are multiple options to travel from Casa Mar (our condo complex) to the other areas of Siesta Key.

There is a free trolley that comes every 20 minutes and it stops at the SCAT bus station right in front of Casa Mar. This trolley will take to you both North and South Villages (that have shops and restaurants and are about 1-2 miles away).

The following shuttles are also available. They do not charge a fee but do operate on tips:

Both villages have rentals for bikes, scooters and golf carts.

This condo was accurately described on the listing. Very clean and contact with the host was top notch, easy check in. The property was well maintained and easy access to the private sugary sand Siesta Key beach. Just note it is 1 to 2 people tops. We will definitely be back! Overall an excellent experience!

perfection!!
my friend and I were looking for a relaxing week right by siesta beach, and this place made it all possible. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and there were so many items they provided that I wouldn’t have even thought to bring but we ended up needing. communication was excellent, and they are both so sweet! literally steps away from the beach and the pool was so lovely as well.

Lovely little place right near the beach. Old Florida style with one level which I love! Pools were nice and warm and you can’t beat the beach!! Didn’t feel crowded in front of the condo at all. Host was wonderful about giving restaurant and transportation options and was very reachable. Would love to stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, well-maintained studio with great pool right outside door & beautiful beach only steps away. We really enjoyed snorkeling Point of Rocks at lower end of beach. Great location to SK Village & for exploring other nearby beaches! Owners genuinely caring people & very responsiveness to any communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key vacation.
The pool is right outside the back door and the private beach entrance is a 25 yard walk to the left. Fantastic location to the beach, restaurants and excursions. Room has a fully equipped kitchen, with surf beach chairs, beach cooler and umbrellas, pool toys and everything else you may need. Location is a short walk to some restaurants, and a short drive/local free transportation to others. Parking directly in front of the room. Room has a coded key , so one less thing to keep track of. Highly recommend this VRBO. We didn’t need the owners during our visit, but I have no doubt they would have been assistance if needed.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Mamta and Naraj’s hospitality was phenomenal. They were very attentive and helpful. They provide just about everything you need to enjoy yourself. The place sits right in front of the pool and is only a few steps away from the beach. It is super clean and inviting. It is also located close to the heart of Siesta Key. With only a few minutes away from the villages. We will definitely stay there again!
