Publié le 28 mars 2018 sur HotelsNous avons eu un surclassememt de chambre, un super accueil et en compensation d’une panne d’electricite sur le secteur de l’hotel, le directeur nous a fait un rabais de 50% sur la facture « restaurant » et « bar »de notre séjour.
A notre départ il nous a offert un « krama » cambodgien - SUPER- que des compliments.

360 resort has the best view over Sihanoukville from the infinity pool and restaurant.
We had to get up early in the morning to catch a train to Phnom Penh and the staff had made each of us a breakfast box for the trip, which was delicious. They also drove us to the train station. These touches mean a lot and made travelling easier.

A place nobody puts love or care in. But glad the staff in the kitchen let us eat even though they where about to close when we arrived.

Dirty, difficult to access and vastly overpriced
Publié le 16 août 2019 sur HotelsArrived very late to check in after a long bus ride. Tuk-tuk driver couldn't drive us up to the property as the hill was too steep, and the surly security guard at the gate told us we needed to carry our bags 400 metres up a ridiculously steep hill.
Room is in dreadful condition for USD 120+ per night - dirty, full of mosquitos, stank of durian (after our getting a lecture on arrival from reception about not smoking or eating durian in the property), dead insects on the floor and in the bed. Wifi didn't work. Better deals in Sihanoukville for a fifth of this price - possibly the worst value for money I've ever had in SE Asia.

Dear our guest,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. Normally we provide the pickup and transfer service for free of charge and sorry that our night security didn't inform the driver to pickup you from downstairs. For seafood, durian and smoking are not allowed inside the room as per our room policy. We have a regular safe pest control treatment in the room and entire property that's why you found dead insects on the floor but from now our housekeeping team will double check the room. WiFi works fine because we upgraded the speed.

櫃台人員實在是太讚了!雖然我們的語言溝通不是十分流暢,但所有櫃台人員都非常愉悅、高興及儘心地回答我們的疑問,並且有實質的幫助,特別是Mr. Ly非常盡心地解答我們的困惑,並介紹西哈努克港,及非飯店所在的貢布的旅遊資訊,且給予我們有關柬埔寨歷史的介紹,讓我們收獲很多。
