Nettes und bemühtes Personal. Auch der Manager ließ sich nicht bitten, zu helfen. Das vermittelte einen guten Eindruck. Bei den meisten halten sich die Englisch Kenntnisse in Grenzen. Das aber habe ich in Sihanoukville des öfteren feststellen müssen.

Super Hotelausstattung und wirklich das beste Bett das wir in ganz Kambodscha hatten. Starke Empfehlung wer in Sihanoukville ist.

The property was listed as a non-smoking property, but when we got to our elevator floor, I can smell the heavy smoke right away. Our room was a smoke room, with cigarette tray. We stayed in that room the 1st night because we assumed that this whole property is probably a smoke environment. The next day we asked for a smoke free room, and luckily there was a room available. The room was spacious and with lots of storage. The bathroom and the shower faucets was the highlight of the hotel. It so modern! We love it! But we wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to any friends of ours.

At first it was a rocky start checked in,because they claimed that they don't have my reservation,but the manager decided to let us checked in anyway,and will solve the problem later..
