The first room we were given was under some kind of cleaning operation. The bed was not made and there was a high volume fan sitting on it?
The front desk assigned us to another room and it was fine, no issues. I was told I would get a complementary room, but that did not happen.

Overall great, but some difficulty sleeping due to highway noise and intermittent air conditioning.

The only issue we had was that they didn’t honor the 3rd party room booked. Very rude girl at the counter flat out lied about not having another room available because we checked Expedia and could have booked our desired room for the night (not to mention the hotel wasn’t busy at all).. if the hotel is not going to honor 3rd party bookings, don’t allow them to happen. Don’t utilize them as a ploy to trap your customers into more expensive rooms after they commute for long hours and are needing you instead of wanting you at that point. That’s a disgusting form of entrapment and price gouging. Will never book again.

The staff was super friendly, the facility has been updated, the breakfast was good, our room was clean and comfortable. The price was also very good.

Lamberts weekend get away
