Good for a nights stay. The room was about 85 degrees when we checked in. Took about 2 hours to cool down. Everything was sticky. There was a bag over the smoke detector? Beds were nice.

It's a room
We were traveling and only briefly stopped to get some sleep. The clerk was attentive when we arrived and the room was adequate for getting a few hours of sleep and a shower. Nothing fancy here, but appropriate for the price point.

The room has a nasty smell and full of spiders webs around the corner. The towels smell like mildew and the freezer had an awful orange puddle. We informed the front office and she said I didn’t know about I will take a note for her the house keeper!!! She didn’t offer us a clean room or send someone to clean

The first problem was the room that I had reserved through Expedia which was a non-smoking room was entered into the system according to the hotel by Expedia as smoking. The smoking room that I got was nasty. There was mold under the cushion of the chair and around the bed skirting. There were bed bugs around the seam of my mattress. I showed the manager the picture that I took of the begs bugs and she denied it and would not come to the room to see for herself. She became confrontational and eventually got me a new room saying that she would have to wait to see what the exterminator say the bugs were. She rented the room out to another customer the same night. I decided that I had enough of the poorly managed and kept hotel and checked out 4 days early. The clerk did not know how to close out my hotel stay and I could not get a receipt for my stay. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The ice machine did not work. The iron was nasty, and none of the vending machines worked either. I rate them a negative 10.

1. Sad Episode When my wife and I returned from breakfast outside the hotel (because the “breakfast” presented at the hotel was a lie), our room was locked. Our keys wouldn’t work. We went to the front desk and there was nobody there for around 20 minutes. When the manager returned, I asked to fix de keys and he suddenly put an ashtray in front of me and said that his wife went to the room to put fresh towels and found the ashtray there. I said it should be a mistake because we don’t smoke and I never found an ashtray in the room. Then, the manager (a guy from India) said to me: Are you saying that my wife is a liar? Then I had to say to him: Are you saying I’m a liar? And I added: Let’s call the police to solve this. Then he asked if I wanted to check out. I replied that we were in the city for a 51 years meeting with old colleagues and that we would stay one more night, as we had booked. He then took about more 10 minutes to unlock our keys and when entering to the room, we found out that there were no fresh towels, and that nobody had been there. Then I had to return to the front desk to report that and to request fresh towels. The manager, then, never appeared anymore. Never apologize for the mistake and the lack of respect he had committed. 2. Breakfast In fact, there was no breakfast on June 30th, nor on July 1st 2024. There was no bread at all! There was no milk and no fruits! 3. Room Dirty and torn bedding. A metal beam on the bed was exposed and posing danger.

Quality Inn dump in Charleston, Missouri
This place was disgusting!! I looked at it Online and it looked nice. I got there and it is a total dump!! The bedspreads were dirty and they had cigarette burns on them. There was stains everywhere urine on the toilet seat and under the seat nothing was hardly cleaned. I had to be switched to another room, which was better but still not clean. I warn everybody do not stay there ever it needs to be closed down. It is a total dump!!

Cable tv problems, only 5 or 6 channels worked with the rest audio only for the two days. Otherwise, needed cheap, clean accommodations while in town for a funeral, and it did the job

Bathroom was very very nasty saw tiny bugs crawling saw a dead bug in the corner on the wall in the top of shower wanted my money back i reserved 2 nights spent 1 night woke up to bed bugs crawling on the side of bed i immediately wanted my money back packed my stuff we upto front office was very rude to me would only give me 1 day back and than charged my card twice trying to give me Saturdays payment back also charged me a 13.00 fee for leaving there motel a day early than my reservation also told me it was a different price on Saturdays than friday other than what i had originally reserved a week before so as of now still waiting on Saturdays payment to come back on my card...they got really mad at me cause i told them and showed the pictures and video of the bed bugs on the side of the bed just got very disrespectful so if you wanna stay at this Quilty Inn you better think twice it is very nasty and horrible dont do it!!!!👎👎👎👎

bed bugs, unwashed towels and ash tray, naty breakfast and the room appeared to be uncleaned. I got out very early in the morning and the breakfast offered really nothing to eat. One of the worst motel experiences I had in my entire life.
