Our flight got in at 2am - the shuttle was waiting for us and the driver was very kind. The hotel is less than 10min away - the checkin was quick and easy. Our room was clean and very comfortable which allowed for a restful sleep. This was a perfect place for starting our vacation off on the right foot.

Its an ok place to stay. They have a very large variety of options to eat, but limited quantities of ingredients. Traveled with wife and kiddo. We asked for two or three different plates, but ingredients not available. What we ordered was very basic options and yet dint even meet quality.

Everyone was polite from the start when I called to inquire about shuttle service. We arrive at the airport at 11pm and by the time we were out the shuttle was there. Reception was waiting for us to check in so it was super fast. They offer 24 hour restaurant service so that’s very convenient. The room was clean and beds super comfortable.

Better than any USA Hampton Inn by far

We were impressed with the srrvice at this hotel. Reception was friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, the 24 hour kitchen service cooked great good at 1am, breakfast was good, we had plenty of time to check out, and the shuttle service was very convenient.

Me encantó todo. Ellos me levantaron del aeropuerto porque mi vuelo llegó a las altas horas de la noche. Me sentí muy segura con todo el servicio. El personal muy amable y atento. La comida deliciosa. Nos llevaron a hacer un mandado con su servicio de carro gratis. Aparte nos cuidaron las maletas en lo que conocíamos la ciudad. Todo incluido con la reservación. The pool was dirty with leaves, the water looked milky. In the lobby there was a bug. In my room there was a roach and an empty box from a previous guess of a vibrator. Disgusting that tells me room service wasn’t done correctly

We are very pleased with our stay! We arrived into the area late into the evening and called for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle was there promptly. We also had a late night request for a pair of scissors and someone was at our room within minutes. Breakfast was also very delicious! Happy to stay again next time we are in town!
