Spacious Room and Friendly Staff.

On arrival we were made very welcome. Our room was ready early for us. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of the Goksu river, the castle and restaurants. There was a reasonable Turkish breakfast served with a smile.

The hotel did not honor the price I reserved at through hotels.com and came up with differing excuses as to why - the first was that the price had gone up since booking - the 2nd was that it was a holiday weekend. Hotels.com refunded the part that I paid over the amount on their website that I was forced to pay, however. The breakfast at the hotel was good, but the room was not very clean, and the maid did not even take the underwear from the last guest off the back of the bathroom door. There was plastic on the floor. The refrigerator in the room worked, the internet was stable, and the elevator worked. The reception is on the fourth floor of a business building and the rooms were on the floors above. The hotel is convenient to at least one supermarket, and a few restaurant places to eat at.

Personel ilgili idi. Otelin temizlik iyi idi. Kahvaltı salonu ve çeşitleri yeterli idi. Fiyat biraz daha makul olabilirdi

otelde konfor yok, oteldeki klima çok sesli çalışıyor insanı uyutmuyor, aynı şekilde buz dolabı,da bakımsız olduğundan çok sesli çalışıyor insan uyuyamıyor ,insanlar otele uyumak için gelir .sabah kavaltısında çok az çeşit var bana göre bu otel vasat .

Wir wollten einchecken aber das Hotel wollte 50,- Euro pro Nacht haben, obwohl in der Expedia Bestätigung 25,- Euro pro Tag steht. Darauf hin haben wir das Hotel sofort unverrichteter Dinge verlassen. Auf diese negative Erfahrung hätten wir gerne verzichtet, zumal es bereits Mitternacht war und die anschließende Suche nach einer preiswerten Übernachtung sich äußerst schwierig erwies.

Teleurstellend

Vrijwel alle verlichting in kamer was stuk. TV deed het niet. Kamer niet schoon (mieren). Gaten in beddenlakens. Barsten in raam. Geen vers ontbijt, zeer karig en heel oude thee.
