DO NOT BOOK THIS THROUGH HOTELS OR OYO. They do NOT have a contract with this hotel and refuse to correct this information. They will charge you and refuse to make it right. I certainly will never be dealing with OYO places again. Hotels.com is also on thin ice

There was no electricity on due to light company turning power off. Also said I had pay cash. That they do not accept online reservations. Did not give my money bk. I never checked in

Not taking online bookings, as I’m there to check in with my reservation confirmation. Told to call Travelocity. HORRIBLE SERVICE, STAFF & ESTABLISHMENT!!

Very seedy place. They had no idea we had reservations. They are not affiliated with Expedia at all. They did not honor our reservation! I was told that they don’t even give you door key, they let you in room, just call, they say… I doubt very seriously that I will ever be in that situation again!

The dirtiest place ever!!

This is the most horrible place to stay!! The rooms are dirty, most the lights don’t work, the fridge didn’t work and was full of mold!! When I finally found a light to turn on I realized that the place was infested with roaches! Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else!

Worst scam ever

The owner was extremely unplesant when trying to check in. Practically threw everything at me and would not honor the online price. Then told hotels.com the extra 20 was a deposit i would get back and that they would send someone to fix all the messed up stuff in the room which they NEVER did! Between it being dirty and smelling like cigarettes in a non smoking room. There were roaches and burn holes in all blankets, curtains were tore up, and bathroom doors were moldy. The water didnt work in my room either. The only semi nice part was the pool and hot tub.
