Hard bed

The pool was out of order and the refrigerator had mode on the door. I don't think will be using Hotel.com anymore because I use to be able pay when I get to the the hotel. So if I don't like the I can canceled. This is the second time I got a room that it wasn't nice.

Only reason i picked there to stay was so the grandkids could go swimming and the pool was closed.also, was not much of a selection for breakfast. If you stayed more than one day, would get the same food. Only two of the four dpi keys on the juice machine worked and pancake machine didn’t work. Ran out of milk, and cinnamon rolls were only available one day.

I am done with Expedia. I stayed in a room in Roswell, NM that had a pool and hot tub as part of the description.....neither was open. This hotel had a pool. I was travelling with three grandsons who were ready to swim but the pool was not open. Perhaps if I made the reservation myself I would have been notified about the lack of swimming pool. The hotel's maid had to be instructed to leave enough towels for the FOUR of us. The maid took some of the trash. How tough is it to empty two trashcans. I could go on and on but it is pointless. On the good side the women who "manned" the breakfast were exception and made sure everything was good. I paid $575.25 for four nights in a hotel that advertised a pool but it was not open. Shame on this Holiday Inn Express.
