Publié le 11 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayAged place. Carpet is very stinky. Kitchen requires an upgrade, wine glasses, glass drinking glasses would be appreciated. Honestly just small things but if your paying this amount how about a decent glass??
Not really ski in ski out…ski out is a small walk and ski in if your a good skier is ok if not same walk as ski out.
Overall ok but the place smells. Sorry other than that it was ok!

We would have loved to have known this upon your arrival so we could have mitigated the situation or moved your reservation to another condo so you were able to enjoy your stay. We'll definitely look at the carpets and the glassware right away. We do hope we can welcome you back again but maybe to a different spot?

Weekend getaway

The unit was as advertised comfy and cozy.
Publié le 28 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe beds are very comfy and the location is great. The unit could use some tall glasses so you don’t have to drink out of plastic the entire stay. There is no storage if you are staying for a longer periods. The only complaint is we booked through vrbo and is actually managed by Silverstar stays. We prefer to book through vrbo as SSstays seems very rigid and a little disorganized. We had a situation and tried to change our stay weeks prior to our visit, they never even inquired the reason just no refund. They also were asking for payments before the dates on the vrbo dates and even asked for payment after we had made the payment early. Overall the unit itself suited its purpose.

We do apologize if we couldn't help more but our cancellation policy is stated when booked, although we are being flexible for COVID reasons only right now. For payments, you do pay VRBO and they do send reminders prior to your due date, so that may have been the requests you were getting. We do hope we can welcome you back to Silver Star another time.
