This beautiful Blue River Flats townhouse features 2 bedrooms + loft, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 across three queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private wrap-around patio, and gorgeous views of the Blue River and surrounding mountains.

Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Blue River. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining table that seats 6. The private wrap-around patio off the dining area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, lots of windows with mountain views and natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. Nice property but…

Nice property, great location, but the condos are still being worked on. We had to contend with construction crews on our back patio and on ladders right outside. My wife and I literally woke up to a man on a ladder outside our second story bedroom window one morning. Completely unacceptable! This is info that should have been presented up front. Honestly, I would have chosen another place had I known. It’s a shame really because the place is great outside of that experience.

Modern decor done tastefully and can see why described as luxury as it truly is! Wrap around deck was very much appreciated. We talked to an owner in complex doing maintenance on trail. He and his wife recommended our favorite trail. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and clean townhome. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen including a keurig and coffee maker, crock pot and tools to bake with. Nicely decorated, wasn’t cluttered. Outdoor chairs but no table. The bedrooms that face road are unfortunately noisy, since the townhome sits off of main road. Also means very close to restaurants and outlets.

Perfect getaway worth great amenities!

We loved this property. Everything was clean and well organized. The location was minutes from any amenities you might need locally and within reasonable driving distance of many sights and trails. Perfect rental for an adventurous Colorado getaway!

Great mountain spot

We stayed here only for one night, but it was amazing!! A short drive from downtown, but if it was the summer could have taken the walking path. Everything was clean and organized and was great for my group. Hopefully in the future we can stay for a longer visit.

Home away from home!

We were so pleased with this place and all of its great features! The big kitchen with all the things you need for cooking, the welcoming living room and the big spacious bedrooms and baths as well as the loft with more sleeping options! Such a great and restful place! I highly recommend!

Wonderful family home central to ski resorts

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The home was exactly as described. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked with all essentials, plenty of bath towels blankets and pillows. We loved all the space it provided for our family. The three full bathrooms and the half bath were very nice. No one had to wait for a shower. We loved having the heated garage to put all our ski gear in at the end of the day. The location is perfect if you are skiing the epic resorts. Vail and Breckenridge were only about 30 min away and keystone is just right down the road about 15 min. We skied all three resorts. I would highly recommend this home! The management company was great to communicate with and only a phone call or text away if we needed anything.

Silverthorne Condo

Overall this was a gorgeous unit. It would have been nice to know beforehand that it was on three levels as we were seniors and found it difficult to climb to the third floor. It took us a very long time to figure out the TV which had 3 remote controls. Some instructions would have been welcome.

Colorado in July

Very clean! Check in, check out & communication was excellent! We traveled to Breckenridge, Leadville, Vail & Steamboat Springs from this location. Weather was a refreshing cool from the humid heat back home. Blue River parkway is busy & can be loud if windows are open. Would definitely recommend!
