The apartment called "Iris" is modern and has all utilities necessary for a fantastic holiday and with every comfort.
On entering the house you will be surprised by the natural light that illuminates all divisions.
In the entrance hall has access to all rooms of the apartment. The room offers all the comfort you need during your holiday, is equipped with TV, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, dining table with four chairs. When leaving the room still has a service bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, contains everything you need to prepare your meals with the added convenience from oven, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher and basic items like glasses, cutlery and the like.
The apartment has one bedroom with en suite bathroom, a king size bed, two bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and window with balcony access.
Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with barbecue, table and six chairs that invite you to enjoy moments of relax among family or friends in our fantastic sun or simply the pleasant outdoor dining. In the apartment Iris still has the opportunity to sunbathe by the pool and park your car in the garage of the building.
Check in is between 16h and 19h on saturdays (between June and September)

Appartement confortable et très bien situé
Cet appartement était bien équipé, propre et confortable pour un séjour long terme (3 mois). Belle cuisine complète pour la préparation des repas et chambre spacieuse avec un lit king, très confortable. Les douches des salles de bain auraient besoin d'un peu d'attention. Beau grand balcon et terrasse très ensoleillé jusqu'au midi. Situé à 5 minutes à pieds des falaises, de la mer, du boardwalk et des supermarchés. Les petits problèmes durant notre séjour ont été réglés très rapidement Daniel et sa conjointe, disponibles et très sympathiques. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y séjourner de nouveau.

The apartment was clean. Wifi. Tv in 2 rooms huge balcony, unfortunately a lot of outdoor furniture was broken, just made it look untidy, could do with a few more pieces of equipment in the apartment for cooking etc, and there was no hairdryer. Atea around apartment was lovely and quiet, pool area was great too.

Super schoon
Prachtig appartement met een super groot terras aan de zijkant. Echt super schoon, alles aanwezig om ook zelf te kunnen koken. Lekker zwembad waar het heerlijk rustig was in deze tijd van het jaar. Groot parkeerterrein bij het strand wat wil je nog meer. Paar dingen waren aan vervanging toe maar dat is voor ons niet belangrijk. Alleen de balkondeuren sluiten erg slecht dus gelukkig dat er rolluiken zijn. Zeker een aanrader.

Mooi comfortabel appartement op korte loopafstand van strand en voorzieningen. Gelegen in rustige wijk. Met slechts één slaapkamer meer geschikt voor twee personen. In de woonkamer is ook een slaapbank voor nog eens twee maar is naar onze mening wat gedoe dat ten koste gaat van het algehele comfort van het appartement. Buiten is er ruim voldoende ruimte door het fantastisch grote terras met vaste bbq. Het terrasmeubilair waaronder een ruime lounge zithoek is wel dringend aan vervanging toe. Verder een positieve ervaring!

A fabulous apartment with the best balcony ! Well equipped and good location to local restaurants
We arrived quite late but were given very clear instructions to get in . We were delighted when we found a very spacious and well equipped apartment with the most fabulous balcony. We stayed for just over 2 weeks and felt completely at home . Couple of glitches with a toaster and kettle that stopped working. Daniel our host immediately replaced them the same day . The bed was huge and comfortable and there was plenty of storage cupboards. Full sized fridge freezer so easy to buy local produce and cook . It also had a car park space in the garage as well as ample parking outside We totally loved this apartment and will be coming back ! Thank you so much Daniel we loved the apartment! 🤩

Sehr schöne Wohnung!
Sehr cool! Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer schönen großen Terasse, auf der man in der Morgensonne frühstücken konnte. Dazu noch sehr ordentlich und sauber ! Der Weg zum Strand dauert nicht lange und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Viele Grüße!!

Woning fijn en netjes maar niet veiling.
Het apartment was ruim en comfortabel maar helaas geen goede verwarming,een kleine elektrische radiatorvoor het hele apartment. brandmelders waren verwijderd dus absoluut niet veiling daze lagen boven in kast zonder batterij,schuifpuien waren defect en afstandbediening van tv etc waren zonder batterij. Al met al een fijn apartment waar enige aandacht voor nodig is.

Overall the property was spacious, equipped with utensils but no finishing touches such as kitchen accompliments, would have been nice to have a little guide for area.Bed was uncomfortable with basic mattress &sofa bed had thin mattress but creaked less than main beds which kept you awake every time you moved & crippled your back.

Nice clean apartment, good location, nice big terrace that gets the sun in the morning and pool for afternoon. Had everything I needed. No English tv but I’m not bothered about that. Only downside was the bed was not very comfortable, very thin hard mattress, felt like I was sleeping on a wooden table :) but I would stay there again. Lovely restaurant downstairs Vista Mar which was handy for early nights with the baby. In fact we had her 1st birthday party there :)

Qualidade fraca
O preço é correcto. A qualidade do apartamento é mínima, a cama foi imposivel dormir por causa do barulho que ela fazia ao se mexer, as janelas não se fechavam todas sempre que saímos era preciso fechar as persianas todas, tem duas casas de banho com duche mas imposivel tomar banho ao mesmo tempo porque a água não tinha pressão suficiente e o tempo de água quente era muito curto. A limpeza estava mal feita quando chegamos ainda havia cabelos no chão. O balcão é lindo e grande mas sem vista. O parking interior não é para qualquer carro tanto a entrada é em pique.
