La vue est spectaculaire, la mer est à nos pieds
Le coucher de soleil est un spectacle, les bateau de croisière passe devant nous
La piscine est effet miroir c’est de toute beauté
Tout les chambres sont magnifique et très grandes hésitez pas !!!

The neighborhood's proximity to various restaurants and shops made it highly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. However, we encountered a slight inconvenience during rainfall, as the roads tended to flood, necessitating transportation to exit the neighborhood. Additionally, we noticed a presence of ants in the property, particularly in the dishwasher, on the counters, and in the kitchen area. While this could be bothersome initially, we gradually became accustomed to it over the course of a few days. Another matter of note is that the owner resides in close proximity to the villa. On one particular morning, we were somewhat startled to observe him walking around the pool area without prior notice. Other than that the trip was fantastic and would book again. The property manager was awesome! Always available for any questions we had. We would book again!

We understand that the heavy rains and challenging weather conditions during your stay were less than ideal. Please know that the owner’s quick visit to the pool area was solely to ensure its safety and usability for you. We sincerely apologize if this came across as intrusive in any way.
Regarding the ants, we want to reassure you that the property is treated twice a month to prevent insect issues. However, the housekeeper mentioned that the dishwasher was left full and the cleaning cycle had not been run. This could have contributed to the presence of ants in the kitchen and dishwasher area.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we will take further measures to address these concerns. Please don’t hesitate to share any additional thoughts or suggestions.

30th birthday Trip
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Communication with John was great and Stacey is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anchor House to anybody who’s looking for a great spot for their vacation.

Very lengthy review!!
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a family trip and my family and I were hoping that our experience at this house would be wonderful, but it was not. Before arriving, the property manager reached out with information about where the house was located and what time we should check in. Although we were given location, we were never given the full address or the door code to get into the complex, so our driver had to continuously drive around and call the property manager to ask for that information. 15-20 minutes later the property manager came and introduced herself to us, let us know that the property had just been cleaned that day and that the cleaning lady would come every two days to make sure the house was cleaned for us. We acknowledged and thanked her for letting us onto the property earlier than the time they allowed folks to check-in! Soon after the property managed left, myself and my guests began to wipe down the counter tops in the kitchen and noticeably saw dirt coming off on our Clorox wipes, which indicated that the place was not fully cleaned that day. We experienced an infestation of ants and saw a humongous cockroach crawling inside of the property while we were there. The cleaning lady never came to clean until the last day that we were there. The microwave did not work properly, the coffee maker machine was disgustingly dirty and the espresso machine was broke.The property manager knew all of this and promised to have someone come and fix the these things, but no one ever came.

We regret that your stay at our luxurious property did not meet your expectations. Prior to your arrival, we sent you the check-in procedure, requesting you to contact the Property Manager to arrange the details, as she does not reside on the premises. This is why we arrived promptly after you reached out to her.
Typically, we charge for early check-in, but we provided this to you at no extra cost to enhance your experience. The unit undergoes weekly pest control treatments, and it is unfortunate that you encountered a cockroach, which likely flew in when the entrance or poolside sliding door was open. Ants are common on the island and are attracted to food left out, but they are harmless.
Both the Nespresso machine and the microwave were in working order throughout your stay. Chichi, our cleaning lady, visited once during your five-night stay as scheduled. Although the unit was left quite dirty and untidy upon your departure, we decided not to charge you an additional fee to compensate for the minor inconveniences you experienced.
We strive to ensure our guests are happy, and this property has consistently received perfect reviews. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience in the future.

Graduation Trip

Just WOW
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!
