We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would recommend booking with Elysa and the management company if you are looking to travel to Sint Maarten.

Beautiful house that can hold a larger group

Multi Family Stay

Management company was very responsive, friendly and every recommendation they made was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Majestic Birthday Getaway

So freaking beautiful! i can’t say that enough! Thank you for making the planning of my birthday seamless. The views are exactly as it is pictured but way better to experience in person. The property management company were so helpful in helping me with my plans as well!

Great property and location!
Publié le 28 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayJust returned from our stay at Villa Blue Opal. House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and very clean. The outdoor space was wonderful. Pool got plenty of sunshine (late morning until sunset) so water was warm and view was incredible! Watched the private yachts come in and anchor. Elysa and IRE were great to work with. Very responsive and took care of minor issues very quickly during our week. Helped us arrange a private chef for an evening and had a wonderful meal outside at the large dining table. Although the house is close to other homes, the way it is positioned on the hill it still felt private. Location was great as we were very close to grocery, bars, beaches, restaurants. Some of us were walkers, so they did walk to bar/beach but glad we had a rental car (parking easy) for those that couldn’t walk in the heat and sun as it is a little hilly. Unfortunately, outdoor built in speakers had to be disabled due to noise problems in the past but we had brought a portable Bluetooth speaker and were respectful to the other properties in the evenings. Would definitely go back!!!!

SXM Bkue Opal Holiday
Publié le 9 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayBlue Opal was the perfect family home for the ten of us. It was spacious and when not at one of the beautiful beaches, spending time on the pool deck was delightful. Grandkids had a blast. The house provided all the amenities needed for a
ten day stay. The management company was exceptional and were responsive to all of our requests. We had trouble with the safes but they came immediately to fix and help us. Also had difficulty with the sliding glass doors and shower drainage but maintenance quickly fixed the problem .Blue Opal is in a neighborhood so as would be expected there are a lot of dogs. They are very noisy but if you have or had dogs you can deal with it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Blue Ipal for a large
family or even 3-4 couples.
