Très bon séjour à Pelican
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayNous avons séjourné 10 jours dans la villa. Elle est située sur la colinne de Pelican, à Simpson Bay, la partie la plus agréable de l'île de Saint Martin. La maison est dans un quartier très résidentiel, très proche de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Elle bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la mer, d'un très beau jardin, et d'une belle piscine. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée. L'hôte est très disponible.

Beautiful place to stay
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI couldn’t post the review here that I wanted because it’s too long. I put it up on Reddit. We had a couple of issues. Michael was very responsive and had them fixed for us. The view was beautiful, and the outside deck was the best.

Back for Another Year
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay at this property. Highlights are the pool and the view from the covered deck. We really enjoy the location in Simpson Bay as well. Michael is very prompt to respond and flexible with booking dates. Peaches is the primary contact on the island and is such a treat to deal with. A wonderful lady.

Villa accommodations and location made our trip very relaxing and memorable.

Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is great. Pool is very private. Has 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. A great fit for 3 couples. The A/C worked great. The house had all the necessary appliances and cookware for a comfortable stay. Very central location and safe. Michael was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again for sure! Book with confidence.

Relax with a view
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family has just enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Michael and Peaches were easy to work with and extremely helpful. If we had a question they were prompt getting back to us. The home was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed. We enjoyed family meals, hanging out in the outdoor sitting area and floating in the pool. The view of the ocean was mesmerizing. We all agreed it was a very relaxing stay and if you wanted to venture out it was a great location for that as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
