Housekeeping took good care of making sure we had towels, and beds made.

I am glad I took my gun with me. People living in the room beside me with small children. I have pictures of water stain on ceiling, broken toilet tank, and had to put a towel under shade at window since the shade did not cover the bottom and I was on the ground level. The room was nothing like the pic on line. I will NEVER stay there again and would have left if it wasn't storming and my concert was in a couple of hours. Sad. FALSE advertising.

The staff was very nice and efficient on check in. Room was clean and well maintained. This was a business trip and worked well within my budget. I would stay here again.

Buyer Beware
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe floor had been lifted/cracked the shower curtain rod and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and when i told the front desk about they did nothing and didnt even care the water was leaking onto the floor because of not being able to close the shower curtain and the sign at the desk says 30.00 for early check in they charged me 40 to check in at 8am instead of 3 then when question said it would of been 30 if it was 9am or after but thats NOT what the paper says at the front desk the only good thing was the housekeeper! It wont even let me upload the photos on here what a waste!!
