The staff wasn't overly friendly, the room was clean, the location was close to family.

I reserved two rooms for 4 nights. Only one of the rooms had any room service. Room 420/424. 420 was taken care of… 424 wasnt.

The staff was great and the property was clean. The outside could use some sprucing up and my toilet was constantly not working.

My wife and I didn't stay the night. No electricity and every eating establishment near the hotel was closed. Plus the performance we were there to see was cancelled right before we arrived. I know a hurricane came through but I thought the hotel would have generators. Not a fun trip.
