Publié le 1 mai 2017 sur HotelsAccueil chaleureux ; grande chambre ; ménage parfait ; petit-déjeuner copieux ; situation exceptionnelle au centre de la station ; centre spa peu fonctionnel ( jacuzzi pas rempli d'eau , piscine eau à 28°C , sauna non-fonctionnel , ne dépassant pas 43°C , pas de serviettes à disposition dans le sauna ) .

Hôtel glauque et mal placé. Décoration toc clinquante vieillissant mal, digne de l'époque soviétique du Kazakstan.

Disappointing personal.

With sentences as”HERE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!” This because I asked if the stil water at the room have to be payed. Also the personal at the breakfast did their job because they have to.

Deffinitely not recommending or coming back

Other than breakfast which was varied and good, there are not so many positive things to add in regards of this accommodation. Hotel is short on parking spots, some people in the staff are unprofessional and rude, room was not that clean, especially the carpet under bed where I could find a lot of “valuable” stuff, moldy bathroom and missing drain and bathtub cover, old and cheap room light fixtures and so on. In my opinion, it does not deserve its stars and accommodation is overvalued and overpriced. Price to offered service and quality is way too high. I will never come back here given the on-site experience

Overall nice stay, nothing notably bad
Publié le 10 sept. 2021 sur HotelsThe hotel is nice, clean and staff friendly. Not everyone speaks English, especially the restaurant staff but that wasn't an issue. The pool and spa area was a bit crowded but generally nice and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was big and offered many different hot and cold choices.
