I really wanted to like Kinn since it's clean and the staff were very kind. The location is also perfect, but for me the cons outweighed the pros significantly.
I could hear a nightclub in the adjacent unit thumping away until 5am that earplugs did not work to block. The windows to the street are left open through the night and you can hear loud cars and people partying until the early hours of the morning.
The sound of the curtains from other capsules opening and closing is loud enough to hear across the whole room and wake you if you even manage to fall asleep in the first place. Additionally, the capsules are not suitable for those 6 feet (~183 cm). I could not fully extend my legs and get comfortable.
I could see how this place would be great for someone who can sleep through loud noises and isn't above 6 feet, but I wanted to write this review for others who might need this information.
Pros: location, staff are very nice, clean, easy to make friends
Cons: terribly noisy at night, the shades opening and closing make a lot of noise, there is little light blocking or sound blocking if you stay in the rooms with a curtain
