Easy walk from MRT. Room is big at its price. Black-out curtain. Sound-proofing could be better but it’s understandable as the building is not new. Overall very good.

Awesome staff but disappointing for cleanliness
- Staff so nice, since we faced to electrical problem. They change room for us and try to fixed it.
- Nice location, 10 mins from MRT Chinatown and 5 mins from Chinatown food street
- Disappointing with the room cleanliness
- Noisy from outside
Excellent and interesting location! On the small side rooms were adequate and clean. No windows made it slightly claustrophobic. A little less than comfortable for a bigger person but liveable.
Room is too small . You can here the people passing the corridor. Location is good but no window in the bedroom. Receptionist is very slow for check in。
It was ok. The room was dark (very little natural light) and carpets did not look clean (stained and worn). Bathroom amenities were lacking. no shower cap /toothbrush/lotion. No slippers. Best to get a Porch Room. Front Desk was efficient but not so warm n friendly. My previous stay was a better experience.
Overall a good but small room (what can you expect in Singapore?). Front desk friendly, the halls had a bit too much perfume for my taste but not a big deal. Room had a window but relatively thin walls so the bustle outside could be heard.
First room was dark and air-con was broken and very noisy. Got upgraded to a really nice bright double room, facing the street, loved it. (heard noise on the street around 4am, maybe the garbage truck?) wifi is good too.
Had a nice 3 night stay at Naumi Liora Hotel. We went for the basic room without windows, which is a bit of a cupboard, but we weren't there to hang out in our room, so it was very adequate for our stay.
The staff could have been a bit warmer, but they did let us have a shower before our evening flight which I really appreciated.
Great location close to Chinatown, MRT etc. Would stay here again.
Poor service, did not ask if guest wanted single beds or double bed. When asked upon check in to the room, they said they don't have double bed anymore unless top up to upgrade to another more expensive room. So many staycations and this is the first time service staff did not make proper arrangement.
One bed was found to be dirty, staff did not come up to make sure the next room is clean but instead ask guest to go down to collect new room card on their own.
Don't even have basic toiletries like toothpaste.
I went to cheaper boutique hotel before, but I received better room and services than this. Totally disappointed.
Great room and great location, but there was no windows.

Hotel in the oldest part of Singapore
Old rundown townhouse that was haunted. Found out from the locals and the hotel reception that the building was since 1940s. Had an unpleasant stay due to ‘surprised’ scary visits. Checked out the first night although booked the hotel for 3 nights.
Very nice and awesome experienced. Price is not bad. Staff are very helpful and friendly!! I really love to go back and definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
Comfy hotel. Easy walk to Chinatown mrt stop and lots of great food stalls.
Our aircon was either freezing or off. Wasn't really a problem though.
We did report it but not sure if anything was done. Other than that bed was really comfy and hotel is well located.
Room was clean and shower was excellent.
Stayed here 7 years ago when it was called the Saff and enjoyed location and boutique style of hotel.
Still the same environment - close to transit and Chinatown.
Noisy at night because lots of nightlife in area, but was not too distracting.
Room was on 2nd level and noisy due to being next to staff room. Didn't really have disturbance from neighbors.
Staff friendly and conveniently had stamps available to purchase and send my postcards!
The overall room condition was ok but the patio is not as what was shown in the picture. The patio looks dirty and there is only one chair with a hole.
I believe it would be better if the room and patio was well maintained.
