Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur Hotels我們住了3晚有2晚都是沒有清潔房間,經多次追問才安排清潔😢
另外,訂房房間是開陽景色,但事實是對對面的酒店房。
房間都不是清潔的
房間防盜眼,浴缸去水位都是壞的。
下次一定不會入住!!

The hotel is so under staff, when we arrived with 10 luggages and bags, there is NO ONE to assist. We had to bring up all luggages ourselves via stairs. This is not acceptable.
