hotel bien placé à la Marina, expérience mitigée

- lit d'appoint facturé en sus alors que la chambre est de type junior suite pouvant accueillir 3-4 personnes
- nombreuses taches sur la moquette
- eau chaude épuisée apres un demi-bain
- pas de balcon ni fenetre (sauf dans la douche et les WC)
- buffet petit dejeuner de moyenne qualité (ex: jus d'orange industriel)
- faible rapport qualité/prix
points positifs:
- taille humaine de l'hotel
- bonne restauration le soir et prix raisonnable
- bons équipements pour les enfants (salles de jeux, trampoline, vélos)

The only thing I didn't really like was that the rooms are very near to the marina area and there was quite a bit of loud noises such as marina crew moving their equipment/trolley and also quite abit of laughter/dining/drinking since it was near the boats. Other than that the stay was great.

Service is terrible
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsInconsiderate robotic staff. Better service at budget hotel. $400 paid for inflexibility, lack of sympathy, no bell service, ridiculous lack of consideration for need of couple on our WEDDING NIGHT. Treat us like peons. Sad sad sad hotel. .

アップグレードし頂き大変満足度の高い経験ができました。
バルコニーから見える景色もリゾート感が味わえて非常に良かったです。
セントーサ島のホテルの中でもコスパが良いと思います。中心から少し離れているので移動が心配でしたが、頻繁に無料送迎バスが運行しているので特に問題ありませんでした。

Great Marina Feel
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HotelsHad a great staycation over at one degree 15 marina. We loved the marina view rooms that gives a refreshing vibe different from the usual hotels. Spacious and nice bathroom. Small balcony is a plus. Getting to other parts of island is alright as we are driving. Continental breakfast was great with nice spread. Great staff service, special thanks to them as i left an item behind and they safe kept it.

Great location and room was awesome but no water pressure and the laundry was loud at night must have been the next room .. better to stay in the lower number rooms
