I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for the day. We were able to check in early (thank goodness). We were able to walk to a few places we wanted to visit. Room was nice and comfortable, and we ordered room service as we were heavily jet lagged, food was delicious.

Location, location, location!
It was amazing from the moment we stepped onto the property to the moment we departed. The view from the room was spectacular into the harbor. District attention to detail was amazing, the staff very friendly, very helpful. The club staff 10 across the board, cannot wait to return to Singapore and stay at the Pan-American hotel.

This trip we had asked for a fold up bed (after check in) for our 4yr old but were told there was a extra cost of about $100 which was disappointing as other hotels we’ve stayed at have never charged for this service. Other than that, location is great and all the services are wonderful.

Downtown Singapore
Picked this hotel for its location for a sporting event we were participating in. Ideal location, close to our event and within walking distance of many of Singapore's iconic landmarks. Room was very cleann and comfortable. I would have preferred some drawer space to unpack more, but that was a minor hindrance. Room was cleaned regularly and towels changed every day, despite hanging them up to participate in environmental program. Room was beyond our usual budget level, and meals very expensive by our normal expectations. US$18 for a poolside beer was a surprise, for sure.
