The staff were brilliant - we had a late flight and they allowed us to use shower facilities after a long day. Staff all very friendly and the service is excellent. Serving breakfast so late is a real bonus too.

The hotel is a little tired and I did find the rooms to smell slightly damp.This could be due to humidity and maintenance. The staff were amazing though, and did everything to make my stay comfortable. I would give it a 5 star for the service.

The Quincy Hotel was all around amazing. The staff were excellent, the cleanliness was top tier, and the location was perfectly convenient. We were never more than 15 minutes away from any of the major landmarks, and the staff were extremely friendly and always super accommodating to our needs. The room itself was bigger than I expected (especially for a room in Asia) and was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious so definitely worth getting it included with your room if you are thinking about skipping it, as it can get pricy without it being included. Overall one of the better hotels i’ve had the pleasure of staying at in my travels.

Just an overnight stay at the Quincy Singapore but we were very impressed. The staff make the place with their friendly ‘can do’ attitude. The hotel has everything you need and the lounge is a really nice touch. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location, bathtub (rare for Singapore), quiet rooms, coffee in lobby a plus. Excellent customer service prior to arrival and throughout stay. Thank you Fatin for your personalized care. Would suggest improving mattress and bedding.

The most important attribute of the Quincey is their staff. They are super polite, extremely professional, and most helpful. They are amoung the very best we have ever encountered in our 20 years of world travelling.
